Bill Jawitz works with a small number of attorneys at any one time in order to provide each client with an extremely high level of access and support. He knows that the private practice of law is an uncommonly stressful occupation: time pressures and work overload, the adversary system, the weight of responsibility for clients’ lives and businesses, are only some of the daily stressors all of his clients face.
Bill’s approach to coaching and consulting is captured in his clients’ testimonial statements throughout the pages of this site. His clients say that he brings to every interaction sharp entrepreneurial thinking, a gift for asking questions that cut through mental clutter, a deep understanding of how law firms work, and a strong, encouraging spirit.
The SuccessTrack ESQ 180-Day Coaching Program consists of four stages.
- Month 1 —Detailed assessment of your practice using a core set of questionnaires and checklists, and determination of primary goals and measurable target outcomes
- Month 2 —Improvement of your time management skills and development of a specific action plan
- Months 3, 4 & 5 — Execution, monitoring, and reinforcement of your action plan
- Month 6 —Assessment of your outcomes and development of detailed plans for self-reinforcement moving forward
Organizational Consulting
As with his one-on-one consultations, Bill brings a perfect blend of business savvy and interpersonal
skill to his consulting engagements, which entail
working with the firm’s leadership team. Whether the focus is
on clarifying management roles and responsibilities, strategic or
succession planning, or the forging of an improved organizational
culture, the core process is similar.
Bill comes on site to meet with
a wide range of personnel, frames the issues relevant to the leaders’ objectives,
and makes straightforward recommendations. He then supports
the team in laying out a concrete course of action and coaches
them on what they have to do to execute the plan successfully.
Unlike the SuccessTrack Coaching program, organizational consulting
engagements typically run two to four months.
